can i not post pictures anymore from my computer into the comments section?

was the feature removed? i dont understand how im supposed to post my concept art or my screenshots anymore if it was. do i seriously have to upload all my crappy photos on my crappy bandwidth to some crappy pay per use server then wait for approval to be granted a 5000 digit link and then MAYBE my little jpg or a paint art program screenshot can be seen by everyone as i try to share things with the community? or is it just someplace else that im not seeing?
