Do you guys wonder how many people own all the skins?

To be honest, I wonder if anyone owns all the skins. There are some skins we don't even unlock for Rioters (ex: Tournament Ryze we save for tournament winners only, including Rioters). The skins for pre-ordering the collectors edition are hard to come by, and the old RAF skins are still out of commission (I think).
So, I don't think there are many players who have all the skins.
I doubt there are many. I know I have seen threads about having all the market skins and people who are close, only missing a few.
How much money would that be ._. assuming no sales/bundles.
