Game Update, rent a champion!

So i've been thinking about ways they can improve the league of legends experience for all the players, especially new players, let's all be honest here, free to play champs are alright, once in a blue moon you get champs you want to try, i find its the same 40 champs reused.

What if there was an update to rent a champion. for a set amount of games or time period, and unable to play in ranked?! below are some thoughts of how it can be done!

okay so how can this be done and be balanced is the big question? What if it scales for price? so you have it scale by each tier of champions. tier 1 1350: 24 hour rental for 500ip? or like 5 win rental for 350 ip? tier 2 3150: 24 hour rental for 1000 ip? or 5 win rental for 500 ip? tier 3 4800: 24 hour rental for 1000 ip? or 5 win rental for 600 ip? tier 4 6300: 24 hour rental for 1500ip? or 5 win rental for 750 ip? another option is if they are concerned for this being abused and people spamming rentals, they can make it so you get reduced ip per game so you don't gain off it and simply test. or even do something like when you rent, the price lowers by like 50% of the cost permanently, so if you rent a 6300 for 24 hours for 1500 ip, you get 750ip off the champ when you decide to buy them so their price becomes 5650 ip or whatnot. Maybe even a rental cooldown, or some system where you can be rewarded a rental token, maybe like the refund tokens where each account is given a set amount?

This is just a base idea, values and all other things can be adjusted and changed!! please give me your feedback and thoughts, and any ideas wanted to be added on to, please post below!!
