It's already in the making.
Well it been over a year now and still no dragon master swain.
It been more than a year now !
They already stated that they know about the skin but i dont think they were making it at the moment probably because they already have a skin for him in the works already. would be messed up to have all that hard work going to a skin then scrap it because some new skin concept came into play. let them make what ever skin they are doing now, and then let them work on DMS. while its a good skin it can wait!
