About how this game is dying...

If you think this game sucks, Riot doesn't know what they're doing, the game is dying, or you say you're leaving...

Just leave already. Why would you subject yourself to a game you don't like? It's masochistic and irrational at best. You don't force yourself to go to a concert for a music genre you hate just so you can tell everyone there how much it sucks, do you? Whining about a free-to-play game, yet continuing to play is exactly the same.

You will be happier if you leave, and so will we. If LoL is "dying", let it. The majority will continue to have fun as it "dies" for many years. If you actually want to change the direction of the game, go apply for a job at Riot Games; it'll go a lot farther than just continually sending them hate mail.
