new jungle monster

this monster would walk all across the jungle and have some set locations where he tps

he would be as hard to fight as dragon or maybe 75% of a dragon

he could either have vision buff,minion buff, gold buf, dragon likely buff zone buff ( like skarmer )

i just figured the current jungle all monsters are at the same place it be nice if we didnt know where one was and had to keep trak of it it might also be fun if both jungles had one of these and you need to have both for it to work
