How long does it usually take for a Behavior specialist to contact you?

So my account has got suspended that also permanently because there has been a so called complaints against me for having extensive in game audit against me even though I wasn't playing LoL for almost six months and I end up getting this message when I last tried logging in my account on Friday last week. So, Im now completely lost because I sent a ticket to riot and the last message was this. NOTSILPHSCOPE Saturday at 02:55 Summoner,

Think about it, if .01% of the recorded community sent these requests in a single day it would take about 32 days of 24/7 online support to answer all of them.

Now my ticket is going to get bumped I guess and I'll have to wait for a week or maybe more but till then they are going to delete my account. OMG!!!!!! I spent almost three years on this account and money too and maybe its already going to be too late and all that hard work of mine would just mean nothing. I'm getting really scared. This has never happened with me and i'm in a state of a shock right now that something like this is going to make my life miserable and LoL is the life of me and its all going to disappear.summoner 3
