On one hand, I can't imagine it requiring that many lines of code to put in. On the other hand I know next to nothing on coding other than its balls hard and straight up sorcery. So I'm gonna give riot some slack here.

1. Unless they could sell you the hat as a skin for 10$, they have no reason to invest any effort into that.
2. Probably not too fitting given the bestial nature and portrait of new Nashor, compared to the toony and goofy old one.
3. They only would do it if they can sell it
4. If It's not producing money, why bother?
