Inquiry on 14-day first time ban

I had a game where 1st pick chose fizz with ignite and wrote "mid". As 3rd pick, I chose warwick jungle. Halfway through champ select, fizz switches to smite. I assume he's going top. Then the game starts, and fizz starts saying i'm a fucking r%%%%% for going jungle. I tell him the mishap and he says, "I got up to take a shit and came back", which would explain the miscommunication. Still unhappy, he started to run into their base and feed a few times. I'll 100% admit that the best route was to say nothing and just play, but I continued to re-explain what happened in champ select because Fizz continued to flame me. Suddenly, Twisted Fate jumps in saying I'm the one flaming fizz. So for the most part, I forget about chat and try to play the game since I realize it's just making us all play poorly. Since we're behind, I'm desperately trying to get jungle stacks and our Twisted Fate starts following me and last hitting my camps. Naturally, since the game is already getting stressful(when it shouldn't be, I apologize again for getting heated), I ask Twisted Fate why he's "last hitting my camps like a jerk". At this point, both Twisted Fate and Fizz are flaming me about how I talk too much when before that moment, I'd have stopped typing for the most part. Lots of F-bombs and "r%%%%%" being used by fizz still when the worst thing I called him was a baby for running to their base and intentionally feeding all of early game.

I can't excuse my spam in chat and should have let the incident go, but it was made very difficult by Fizz cussing me out and flaming me in chat while touchdowning the enemy base and feeding while our Twisted Fate goes adc and says "I feel like losing this game" in champ select, and griefs me while stealing my camps, all the while threatening to report me whilst simultaneously trolling me in the game. I acted out, should've just muted and kept my cool. But if I got banned because the reports coming from people that were intentionally trolling and griefing, does that account for anything? Champ select and post-game chat corroborates this as well. I'll take the 14 day ban if that's what fits what I did. I learned a lot from the negative experience and plan on 100% avoiding arguments in chat in the future. I already knew to never curse or call people r%%%%%s like our team was, but just arguing in general is never good for teamwork in this game so I just should have just not said anything.
