That might not be the case. While Silver and Bronze get shoved together, there is still a considerable difference. Take this small example where I'm the only Silver against a bunch of Bronze and unranked. Now this could be an outlier but what I noticed is what few wards I did place (trying to get better at that) were in locations that benefited everyone. Not only that I rotated and ganked as TF mid more than their jungler did. When my team listened we took objectives after winning a team fight with only two or three of theirs dead. So just thinking. There may be a reason that you are bronze and people like me are silver and the people we strive to be like are gold. Think each tier actually has a good placement now. Yes some people somehow cheat the system and you wonder how they got there. But most....nah.
