ranked ban

my friend xiaolongren who doesnt ever come to the forum so im posting it for him

he had to play 30 games of draft before getting to play ranked this worked until there where only 5 games left

no matter howmany draft games he plays it stil says he has a ranked restriction for 5 games

i gues he was suposed to be restricted not permabanned from ranked so it be really nice if a rioter looked into this he already played those 5 games but it wouldnt be a problem at al if he had to redo those last 5 aslong as the number just actualy drops when he plays them
