I have all 3 of these champion shards, I must scrap 2 of them to upgrade another. Which shards should I scrap, or should I reroll the shards?

The most fun of those 3 is Tahm in my opinion. Consistancy-wise (or can fit into more team comps - but as adc) is cait. Sej is sorta an outlier which isn't as reliably effective in the lanes she plays.
