I think we need to sit and talk about the skins splash arts

I don't understand how a multimillionaire company as Riot cannot update the awfully old splash arts of some Champions and skins. Like... In game the only thing you can see from a skin is the art... Don't you want to make money and make people WANT that skin because of the amazing art even if it is not that good later? (Bloodstone Taric I'm looking at you)
