@Riot, why do you constantly ignore all the Sion's Q & R bugs?

I used to had one before, like since patch 4.19. And now, boards are commonly filled with people posting the exact same thing as before. I wonder when will Riot starts fixing this, as I don't like nasty surprises when I have a winning match as Sion and all of the sudden, my teammate Yasuo gonna be all toxic on me for not providing him a delicate AoE knock-up for him.
