Are these guys even played anymore? Garen's kit is just very solo queue so I never expected him to see huge success ever with the changes. I still think Skarner is good and playable but after some nerfs there are just other champs that does what he does but are less farm reliant and better pre 6. Riot just doesn't know what to do with Mord. For him to be viable bot lane they had to make him grossly overpowered to survive the lane but that just sounds like a bad idea and with the new new marksmen changes he is even less viable then before for bot lane. Darius was the last hope but after a few nerfs to his Q, mainly the reduction to the size of his blade, he is now back to a rare sight. So in the end the Juggernaut reworks all did very little to help these champs in the long term. Just my thoughts.

They were eye candy for the old LCS patches

They're pretty much exactly the same as they were before, but the spotlight is off them so they don't see as much play anymore. Darius dunks kids just like he did before, Garen still dispenses justice like a boss, and Mordekaiser bot is still really strong but forgotten in the midst of all the adc item changes. Skarners pretty much gone back to being just there, just like he always does. Either Skarner is super OP or hardly played; that's how uncompelling he is as a champion.

I regularly see Darius, and regularly play Garen (occasionally see him on the other side)

Skarner I don't think I've ever played against since his rework, and Morde is an extremely situational pick that is super vulnerable to counter-picking.
