Riot should Listen to the Entire Community More

The PBE is only a small fraction of the total number of people that play this game, so you can't just release a broken or underpowered item when the community is backlashing over it but it is "fine" on the PBE. And sometimes, it isn't fine even there, as was the case when Cowsep soloed baron as Yi with only Sated Devourer and a few other items:

Then there is the new HUD. I would hope that most of you would agree that cramming most of the important information into a small space doesn't exactly give clarity. Giving an option to use the old HUD seems to be the most popular suggestion for the HUD issue, and I would love to see what Riot has to say about that, as I haven't seen any real feedback on the toggle suggestion.
And Fiora... who did you guys hire for that? Someone on the boards made a better version of it right here:
I'm just saying, if Riot was willing to listen to ragers when they attempted to remove 
's ward hopping which was controversial at the very best, they are most DEFINITELY capable of listening to logical, sensible people when they are complaining about things that are agreed upon by most of the community here.
