So I was scrolling through Facebook and I saw Rengar being used for another game as an add I got curious anyone else see this shit?

You wouldn't believe how hard Facebook is trying to piggy-back onto League's hype. Case in point: League of Angels.

I can't tell if this is a game or a new cat-based fragrance.
That dragon in the upper tile screenshot is a model used in WoW for a Drake mount.
That game/company is apparently nothing but plagiarism.......

Report all ads you see that are like that. Facebook has been trying to improve their ads for awhile...mainly because of how unmoderated they were. Ads used to display pornographic content. I hope you reported that.
I do believe we need 
to get involved here.
Actually this isn't the first time I've seen someone from Facebook do this. There are occasionally ads for a game with Brand as the model for the picture. I try to ignore it but it bugs me.

Why do they use Rengar as a poster add?
You wouldn't believe how many games like that use LoL, DotA, WoW, Pokemon, and other games for random stock images.
I don't think Riot did anything about League of Angels using their art OR their Audio files so I doubt they'll do anything about this.
That's mostly the sad state of I Phone and Facebook games in general.
They have so little capital they aren't worth suing unless they make any money in the first place, and if they make money a lawsuit will probably give them enough publicity to make even more money than they lost.
Plagiarism/art theft is pretty rampant when it comes to awful, cheap, low budget games.
I happen to play the game and I can assure you the game does not contain rengar.
