@Lyte: Automatic System to Manage Justified Dodge Cases?

Have you considered implementing a system that detects variants of "MID OR FEED", "CHALENJEER SMURF! RIVIN OR AFK!!", "DISCO NUNU", etc. in ranked lobby that just automatically forces the dodge and LP penalty onto the troll's account?

If some jerk manages to coerce his teammate into dodging during the lobby, then there is no opportunity for the current system to detect "intentional feeding" or "AFKing" because the game never actually started. His teammate who dodged is still punished while the troll gets off free. That's not right.

Trolls should also not get away with bullying teammates out of desired roles with threats of AFKing, feeding, duo mid, etc. For example, in my last game, we had a first pick Zyra mid locked in, but the "MID OR FEED" Katarina forced the Zyra to either switch to support, dodge, or guarantee a loss. The Zyra player ended up switching to support, but was justifiably upset, and so we ended up playing (and losing) a miserable game where the team was arguing from the outset. The Katarina technically didn't "intentionally feed" because she ended up getting her way and taking mid lane. I say that Katarina troll should have been booted out of the lobby, LP penalized, and the game automatically disbanded due to this behavior.
