What happened to Riot giving 500 Rp when you hit level 5?
I remember all my other accounts doing that why not this one?

You get a 'new player chest' and free key to use to open it now. It's to help dissuade people from leveling accounts just to get the free RP.
man so instead of choosing what I want they just give me something at random :(
To be exact; The Chest gives Ashe, Garen and either Sanguine Garen or Sherwood Ashe (I believe, or it might've been Desert Trooper Garen) but they didn't want players to level up these accounts, then gift themselves a skin on sale I assume, as it could just be a loss of money for them, I suppose.

Idk. When I started I got 450 rp. No champions nothing. I bought Warwick using rp.
They replaced it with a freea activatable skin shard.
