On Going FPS Problems...

Ok guys.. Time to talk i am sick of this already its annoying and we need to get RIOT TO FIX THIS CRAP. I have a GTX 980 when this all started to happen around 4 or 5 patches ago. I went from 300-400 FPS with 32gigs of ram i5-6th gen. To a whopping `140-90 FPS. Its annoying cuz not only does it drop it even drops below 60 at random times... I followed the steps to disable the Mircosoft recording stuff and that did nothing and LoL i think has no idea wtf going on. They are working on the new client so much which is in FACT broken and slow that they are looking past all these FPS problems. Now lets move FWD to now. I just got a 1070 and i still have the FPS problem so now i can say with out a doubt that this is on LoL Side and they need to step it up.

That's strange, i have an i7-6700k 4.0 ghz processor and a 980 TI SSC gpu and only 16 gb of ram but have no issues. I even cap my FPS off at 144 as to match my 144hz monitor.

Iv'e noticed no performance impact at all, new client and everything. Max settings of course.

You sure your entire system is working properly? CPU, RAM, maybe even storage? Obviously it's not your GPU as you bought a new one.

Just strange, i see lots of people saying they are getting lower FPS, but i myself haven't seen any impacts o.O

idk about fps because my pc only caps at 60 fps but damn
