Just played a 1hr 11min 50sec game... please remove promo games

I'm in Bronze IV and I played a game for a little over an hour SOLELY because we were throwing as were they.

We'd have Baron+Aspect of the Drake and we'd get aced. They'd have Baron and would push lane, they'd get 3 down. Then the other 2 die elsewhere moments later. Aced.

There's no reason to be playing hour long games just to get to Bronze III... It's not even about carrying yourself out, it's the decisions people make in game. No one in Bronze aside from new gamer prodigies / smurfs make great plays..
