This probably won't happen at all, hell I don't think it's really worth it But for the sake PERFECTION (lel) They should change all these weird ass damn numbers, like X thing every 5 seconds, why 5? at least give us an option to change it Or like 40-45% cdr, why 40.45%??? why cant it be 50%??? i know champs would be even more broken but it's just a number out of nowhere also WHY LVL 18????????????????????????????????????????? why cant it be 20? lulz another one is movement speed, why is it always around 3XX?? same for attack speed as it is read X.XX finally, fuck blitzcrank's Q, yes thats his only "real" ability that identifies him but why can he just pull people safely? ofc not tanks

anywayssssssssssssss sorry for my item 3070 dont take this seriously i only find it odd that they just make up numbers like that n shit if you get offended like this drink salt water

The 40 - 45% is based on the fact that the cap used to be 40%, as that was the most reasonable and balanced cap. Having the mastery grant a full 10% EXTRA cdr, and not even being a keystone, would be way too powerful. Hence the 45% 5% is also a common % to use as it is half of 1/10, and we use a 10 base number system.

The AS is read that way since it is attacks per second. As such 1.50 AS is 1.5 attacks every second.
Movespeed is based on the units traveled per second. 325?-350 simply happens to be the base range of what feels right.

Idk why lv 18, but I am guessing it was based on how they want each ability to have 5 levels, and the ult to have 3 levels. 5*3 abilities, + 3 ult levels = 18.

The health per 5/mana per 5 is because it allows for simpler numbers. Look at Doran's Shield 6 health per 5 seconds. If we used the 1 second system that would read as 1.2 health per second. This just doesn't look as good and is harder to understand. By multiplying time based values by 5 it allows for clearer numbers.

Another way to think of it is like this. You are reading patch notes, which looks more impactful:

Doran's Shield: Health per second changed: 1.2 > 1

OR

Doran's Shield: Health per five changed: 6 >> 5

By building around a 5 second system it allows for clearer numbers that are easier to read and adjust.

agreed. they should give you a highlighted number

example:

You deal 200 damage (when highlighted it shows the whole equation of 180 AD+20ArmPn) etc or watever.

Right now i just don't read the numbers cause its hard to keep track after leveling stats and new items stats.

so i just fight and hope for the best, i assume pro players take in the numbers more seriously.
