SummonersCon 2016?

So SummonersCon already happened for 2015, so how soon will SummonersCon tickets for 2016 be announced/put out? Is it always located in the same place? I want to know as soon as possible because I ordered my cosplay and I want to make sure it's in on tim, and I want to make sure tickets for all 3 days are available when I get them. I'd appreciate it if someone who went there or works there would answer. Thanks! ^_^
