Make Skin Splash Art as in game icons!

Only ultimate skins you can have the splash art appear in game as your icon, but it shouldnt be limited to just ultimate skins. Lots of skins got some really great splash arts and I wish I could see them in game to fit my splash. Things like Winter Wonder Lulu would look awesome in game to pair with the skin since the splash is so great along with others. It should apply for all skins not just for Ultimates! This could be exclusive to players and only show up on their bottom left icon. It wouldnt have to be on minimap for everyone but could be just for the player using the skin
