Something's gotta give.

Yo peoples. Story of my life right here.

I've been in military basic training and stuff the past few months and only just in the last month have I been playing alot, and even still I only play on weekends.

When I first got back into playing I got on one of the greatest win streaks I've ever played through, and then went to swapping between winning and then losing every other match. HOWEVER, for the past two weeks I've been losing match after match. Right now I've lost near 14 in a row. I want to get to level 30 soon, so I bought an XP boost for per win... That was dumb.

Anyway, every time I go into a game I keep a level head and look at my situation. Most matches I have a fairly decent game. I do my job and play fairly well. Other games I just walk over the other team, but... I haven't been able to pull off a single win in the last 2 weeks. I'm pretty sure I'm on tilt. Most of this though is me just getting stuck with people who just don't know how to play well WHAT SO EVER. Seems like every game I play now the first thing I hear is "First Blood" and the enemy Riven is already 400 gp up on our top lane, follwed shortly by "an Ally has been slain". Mid's down. Then it just gets worse, and worse...

What I'm saying is... someone tell me they've had it worse so I can feel better about being on this crappy streak, and ANY tips on breaking it would be nice.

I've tried: Taking a break Working Out Playing a different game Napping Comfort picks Playing with friends Playing with high ranking friends Practicing via 1v1s Watching others play and even tried a girl friend.

So, anyone have anything?

I sat in Bronze for the entirety of Season 3. Once I learned about LoLKing, I had my suspicions confirmed through statistical analysis of my playstyle: I was pretty good, but I still couldn't win.

Even the games that I lose, I almost always perform well in my role and with my champion. There have been two games that I know were lost entirely because of me, and those are painful memories. All that is to say, I know your pain. I got knocked out of the series to get into Silver at least 3 times, and it was never a balanced win/lose situation. I'd win 10 straight, and then lose 10 straight. I wrote down all this stuff to prove that Riot rigs the Ranked system.

Then I finally decided to change some things. First of all, I started opting for champions that change the nature of team fights. A champion that can go into a team fight, ult, and just mess up the enemy's chances of winning. I chose Galio. For a while I won every single game with him. Dominated every mid I faced and even brought some epicly terrible teams to victory simply by using his dominant ult to turn the team fights.

But there was one more thing I did: communicate. In every pregame lobby, I try my best to rally the team to build a solid comp with lots of synergy. I was surprised at how often people actually listen and start to work together to build a strong team. It doesn't always work, and there are always the people who think they're playing a solo game. The majority of times, though, people are cool about it and we end up with a pretty strong team. And when I lose, I ask the other team about their champ choices, and they usually tell me that they talked about it before the game and decided to build a certain kind of team.

TLDR: Play the gamechangers to control the flow of the team fights and talk to your team to build a solid composition that works well together.

Also, I'm in Silver IV right now, but I just missed my promotion series into Silver III, so I'm crawling back up there again.

You see my summoner icon?

You want to know why I use it?

Because it means nothing.

Don't worry about winning the game. It's pointless. The ranking system is flawed, and it always has been. Whether you're in normals, or ranked, or even bots, don't worry about winning the game.

Just worry about doing your best and outplaying everybody.

I can't even BEGIN to count the amount of games I've lost even though I've trashed my lanes, trashed other people's lanes for them, and done crazy mechanical plays.

I get honored by the enemy team on a regular basis just because they feel sorry for me losing. Do you know what that means? Do you know how that feels?

Trust me, you will eventually get to the point where you will realize that you shouldn't worry about your team if they are failing uber hard. Don't worry about winning. Don't even worry about losing.

Just kill.

Dominate.

Outplay.

Communicate. Make plays. Minimize mistakes. Push.

Make Plays (Take objectives): I saw a mid Blitzcrank, who missed every pull, carry the team because he made good calls and constantly pressured the enemy towers.

Minimize Mistakes (Don't throw): Recognize when you cut your losses, chasing is usually a bad idea, and ward up.

Push: If it's safe, keep pushing to the enemy tower.

Remember also: In midgame, a lot of teams will throw the game for a while (They have trouble closing out games).

I suggest playing ONLY one champion no matter what, you will get much better at this champion and will have an easier time carrying. One point i cannot stress enough is that OBJECTIVES > KILLS!!! If you have the option to take mid tower but get killed in the process, it is still worth it. Take dragon instead of aimlessly wandering the jungle. BUY AND USE HEALTH POTS!! using health pots gives you a very big advantage in fights! Thats all of my tips, Good luck winning, Kat P

Try playing support. I know it sounds stupid but hear me out. If you take an agressive support with a good kit, Sona, Leona for example you can help stabalize a lane. You can help make sure your ADC doesn't feed and get him/her fed. All you have to worry about is putting up your three wards, keeping your ADC healed up and harrasing the lane. Also, as a support you can help out jungle and lure the lane into ganks or by applying pressure tie up thier jungler. You won't get any praise, but then again a good support doesn't because he/she is too busy making their team look like pros.

Also, less stressful to play support and it may let you see some techniques you want to try as a jungler or ADC.
