Duo Lane Evaluations Option

Riot,

If you're gonna force me to always support, let me evaluate ADCs at the end of a match. Not a report, but an evaluation. I mean, I can't carry a 2-10-1 twitch who is told to leave 100x since they are ganking, yet wants 3 CS.

Similarly, let the ADC evaluate me, I'd love to have intelligent conversation outlining how to improve.
