So much ping

Over the last days, in every game that I played, my ping was over 2000 in the first 15 minutes, thus rendering me useless for my team.This happened both in normals and in URF Anyone having this problem too? If you have any suggestions, I would like to hear them. (btw my connection is good, i checked it)
