4th promo game where my mid is 7-15 and keeps splitting and trolling.

why are promos stil a thing? why am i, a 9-1 top laner going to lose another promo game because of someone elses trolling? why ? why is this the 4th time i should be trying to get somewhere ive demonstrated i belong in already?
