Dropping through the ranks with my woes

Hey there community. Anyone here having bad luck in ranked? I'm on an 8 game losing streak where literally every lane has lost in every one of the 8 games. This almost always degenerates into finger pointing, blaming, toxicity, without fail. Really getting discouraged honestly, I don't want to sound arrogant but I know I don't belong in silver, but I'm not good enough to carry myself out, so maybe I do. I never anticipated that I'd have to carry myself out of a ranked division, and with some of these games I'm not sure someone much better than me could even do it. What are your guys's low elo horror stories? Lately for me it's been early feeding laners and a particular 2/14 that blamed everyone else for his lane loss. Is there a way to get teammates that aren't toxic? Regardless of win or loss at least one person on every one of my teams is toxic and I don't even say anything... Guess I just wanted to rant, feel free to below.
