First, I'd like to thank you for the work you do. Every job at Riot is necessary to keep the game running smoothly, and I'm sure we all appreciate your work.

Second, I'd like to ask why it is that you're the only ones that comment on the boards (aside from Q&A's), but don't make a point to bring suggestions to the designers?

Aren't they in the same company as you? You'd have their actual emails instead of the bullsh*t Support email that players are allowed to send to, right? It's extremely disappointing when there's a champion concept or non-champion-breaking suggestion that gets several Red comments but never sees light because the only people at Riot with the brains/free time to come to the boards aren't involved in such business.

It really should be part of every designer's job to set apart an hour or two a week just looking at the Concepts & Creations board.
