Refunds for Overhauled Champs

Recently a few champs have had their kit reworked. Cool if they were making a new champ. Most of the ones redone up till now are champions I never really used except for a few that I am not happy with. My big problem with this is that they are no longer the champions I paid for. It's like buying a black ink pen, and the manufacture decides it want's it to be a blue pen, and changes it for you. I bought the black pen and now have a blue pen. I say champions that have been overhauled should be refundable for at least a limited time after the patch drop that changes them.
