Marksman classes and subclass

Riot if you want to hire me for my great ideas I wouldn't blame you. I noticed you were obviously crying for help with classifying marksman. Don't worry I'll help you out...

Marksman: Assault: marksman that deal damage at close range often wielding a damage steroid and a displacement ability to out maneuver and out play their opponents. Artillery: the sub class moved from mage since there are so many "shoot them from really long range" marksman. This would move some mages (I.e. Ziggs) back over to burst mage.

This gives a perfect 2 subclass for every class while better defining your marksman. Jinx, kog maw, varus, and jihn are artillery based while vayne, twitch, trist, and mf. Are assault based. Ashe would be a hybrid of both.
