Champion Teaser/Possible Champion

Ok. So I've been doing research and I'm pretty sure this champion is Story Teller. From what I've heard this champion basically tells stories or something like that. I'm not sure but with the recent teaser there is a lot about story telling and I think it connects to link that happened a few months ago. The link is above. Now, I'm not certain about this but there is a high possibility this champion is a story teller. Maybe even the old man in the picture in the teaser. Also another possible connection is the harrowing video that was a teaser for Kalista. The weird pirate dude was a storyteller that also had connections to shadow isles. So he could also be a new champion or be somehow related. Just speculation though.
