Can Party IP Weekend be a thing?

Like every weekend or once a month or once a week...I mean im trying to buy a champion that is 6300 and normaly i would get 50 ip without first win..That will take forever. With the IP Weekend i was able to buy a champion from 4800 and 6300 but now when its gone i think that ill be able to buy something from 6300 next month or two months...
