Ok, so I've been experiencing a lot of latency issues during games lately, so I've been using this website to test my ping, download and upload speed. I was wondering if someone could give me some cursors on what my internet parameters should be when I start a game?

Thanks!

Ping should really be the only thing you should be worried about when entering a game. Download speed only affects how fast your download patches while upload may have a tiny effect on gameplay, because it uploads your inputs to the server.

http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/5256011886 These are my results from the ping test, and as you can see I only have 10ms (ping) on here. This however will not be your ping in game, because the speedtest checks where your ip is and since league of legends recently moved their servers away, that ping will fluctuate with a pretty significant error of margin. For example I get 10 here, but in game I get around 50-70 ping usually.

If you would like to see your actual ping before you join a game open up command prompt. You can do this on windows by going to run --> then typing in cmd and hitting enter.

After a black terminal comes up simply type

"ping 104.160.131.1" without the quotes

This sends info to that ip ( close to the riot servers ) and will reflect a much more accurate ping to league of legends. What you want to look for is the time = XXms. At the end of the ping test, it'll give you a minimum, maximum, and average time. Anything under 90 is playable. Above that the delay gets a bit uncomfortable for me.
