i probably sound like a noob but what do you get by mastering champs?

You get a special emote you can use to put your opponents on tilt. That's about it.
Emote, badge.
Other than that...nothing else really.
Swag points. Perhaps a sense of achievement. Nothing else.
A way to tilt other players by pressing one button.
yeah you get to try and put the enemy on tilt and then get reported, also riot puts a system in game to put players on tilt and thenwhen you actually do u get punished so gg on your fucking flawless sytem u pos riot
