How to Uninstall

So I accidentally installed League straight onto my D: directory and I was wondering if anyone can help me figure out how to remove it so I can install it in a folder. League doesn't show up in "Uninstall or change a program" or on "IObit Uninstaller" (an app to completely remove a program from your pc.) Please someone help. Windows 10 btw.
