Dear Riot: Loading Into Champion Select Lobby

Can you make it so everyone loads in at the same time? I don't mind if someone is quicker on the draw in getting a lane, but when i load in and all lanes are called already its not as fun. I've noticed this with other people and friends, not just myself. Its just sort of lame for someone to load in late and not get a lane they called.

Some of you are probably getting ready to type "GO PLAY TEAM BUILDER" but here is the thing, last time i went to Team Builder it took like 30 minutes and my teammates were trolling hard. I tried again today but the queue went on for 10 minutes before i decided enough was enough. Then i didnt get my lane and took my champion into a different lane where i was ultimately stomped due to lack of skill overall and everyone on my team, in typical LoL community fashion, began insulting my intelligence among other things.

So honestly this is something that's causing a lot of toxicity, possibly could help if everyone loaded in the lobby at the same time. I guess the reason this isn't the case is that it is not something that Riot can fix. A suggestion i have would be like to hold everyone in the Accept queue thing and wait for everyone to fully load before letting them into the Champion Select Lobby? That way if someone declines you can just replace them easy peasy without restarting the queue. Idk how your stuff works but that is how i would do it.
