I got called out for a 1v1

So a guy was saying how bad I was in a normal right, I'm plat 3 (shit tier, I know), and he was silver 4 (over 300 games in ranked). He just BMs me all game. Says "1v1 me B****" etc. So I oblige. I let him pick the rules:

He picks summoners rift Mid lane First to 3 kills Game mode was draft Bans go out I pick first, I picked Susan, go AP because why not. He picks, Zed

Opinions on this? He recalled around 10 times during the game I ulted twice during the entire game, he ulted every time it was up He got the first kill, AFTER I took his inhibitor. I kill his nexus.

Who won? I honestly think having your inhib downed before the first kill goes out should indicate you are losing....bad. Let alone nexus

His summoner name is Stanleyolo (go figure the type of person he is)

Anyways, explicitly by the rules no one won because it was first to 3 kills, and neither player got 3 kills.

Logically, killing the nexus is greater than any number of kills. Since neither player reached the 3 kill mark, you won by destroying the nexus.

How often each player ulted is irrelevant.

I don't know the rules pertaining to mid Lane, but I'm of 2 opinions here:

you won when you destroyed his Tier 1 turret. Laning phase is over when a turret is destroyed, you did so first. Alternatively destroying the Tier 2 turret or inhibitor could trigger victory.
after destroying the Tier 1 turret you're at a disadvantage since fights are Logically closer to his safety than yours. Mid Lane rule should stipulate all fights occur in the center of mid Lane, meaning by destroying his turret he is at a disadvantage. If this is rejected, you should be permitted to farm other lanes while he is not until he destroys your turret.

In summary: You won, nexus always equals win if other trigger is unmet. Rules should have been different to allow you to win before the nexus kill though...
