What Is Riot's Definition Of OP Champions?

I have been seeing a rise in champions that can two to three shot players before level 6, and I am curious to know what Riot's definitions are, if even they know or have tried to define them, since all the items seem to lean in favor of damage and not sustain or defense and champions with mobility, stealth, leaps, dashes, and blinks seem to be getting very favorable base stats and AD/AP ratios opposed to most of the other champions. I cannot be the only one noticing this.

It is quite obvious this is an Assassin favored meta. Critical Damage and Critical Chance is being pushed hard on us with champions being reworked to require Critical Damage or Critical Chance to be relevant. Burst champions have a huge advantage over every other champion, especially those with abilities that scale from nothing to 100 in an instant and let them 3 shot someone that has none of those things.

My conclusion: Riot believes in LCS plays so much that they think the players have to be forced to play these Assassin/Burst type champions in order to be adequate in matches. They do not believe in Balance, let alone understand how to balance. The team that creates champions does not think of the stats that these champions will receive to boost their kit. I have seen no improvement in their ability to call it how it truly is, and have more often than not, seen Riot cover up (or attempt too) their blunders and admit they are wrong like grown adults. This entire season is proof of that. Too much over powering and not enough balance makes the game toxic and unhealthy and most definitely unfair to the players forced to play with this trash set up when it's a game they love.

But by all means Riot, tell me I'm wrong and that your right. Because you are always right. Riot can do no wrong. All hail Riot.
