Ranked Team Names

Is there a way to look up ranked team names and who is in them? Last season (Near the end) I took the ranked team name Monster Hunters with the tag Poogie and NOW it says some other team took it. Which is fucked up. Is there a way to see who/HOW this was done when I NEVER left that team to begin with?
