Champion Select Countdown

There used to be an champion select countdown sound but not anymore. Why remove that feature? It was a great feature to all those noobs including me. I played two games in a row after failing to finish my mastery page. Back then, when I heard the countdown I instantly swapped to my default mastery page I use for the champion I'm going to play. Some would say to finish your mastery pages before finding a match but sometimes you have to make a new mastery page, situational. Also, what is with the mastery page blocking out the timer? There is room to move that mastery page down to show the timer. It makes no sense to have the timer blocked off.

TL;DR: Have a countdown sound and have the timer shown while having the mastery page up.
