I believe Bard was meant for lane swapping in LC$

If you leave your carry in a 2v1 bottom lane they're going to have a bad time. Why else design a champion that will put your teammate at a huge disadvantage, unless it's if you're teammate will be assured a 1v1 scenario. Remember guys we don't matter as long as we're not on a pro team.
