Lunar Revel Shop - How to get my money, Riot

Riot, I like the Snowdown and now Lunar Revel shop idea. It feels like I get a free scratch ticket just for logging into your client. While I'd rather see unique gametypes and play-based reward (e.g. Bilgewater, Shurima) I do like how you've started offering these discounts to your players.

But I haven't bought one yet. The majority of skins discounts I've received are for champions for whom I already own a skin. 4/6 of Lunar Revel packs are for champs for whom I already own at least one skin. Snowdown was 5/6. Both 70% off skins were for champs for whom I already bought my favorite skin.

You would be more likely to get my money if you somehow increased the odds of giving me a skin for an otherwise skinless champion. Just saying.

P.S. Bring back sight wards.
