Can I get a chat ban for myself

I'm pretty trash at this game (look at my match history) but for some reason I got placed in silver 4. I don't want to cause people to lose ranked games when season 5 starts up, so could I just get my elo/mmr/whatever lowered so I stop getting matched vs golds and plats, and causing others to lose the game due to me being pretty much braindead?

Also I'm toxic and annoying as heck and when I go on tilt I kinda lose it and can't help myself. Could I get a personal chat restriction or something? Probably not, I understand, but I'm just a garbage human being with no self control and don't want to ruin the game for other people.
