Consistency Patch

Dear Riot,

you're so colorful, I find the game very aesthetically pleasing. But you're also very inconsistent in that colorfulness.
I mean, Aatrox's passive scales with level only, and yet it is - the number showing his maximum Blood Well - not white. Or at least red. Though I'd prefer white. And why is the first sentence of his passive white, and nothing else?

Or Alistar's passive. It also scales with level and yet it is normal text.
Just like Amumu's passive, or Anivia's, or BlaBlaBla's. You get what I mean.

If you don't have anything major planed in patch 5.17 - aside from balancing patch 5.16 - could you maybe please make the game a bit more consistent overall?
Pretty please with a cherry on top?

It can also be in patch 5.18 or .19 or something. But it's just a small wish I have.
