Suggestion for next patch

So I was thinking, lately I have been playing a lot with a friend. And during the times we played we would never know we're online so we'll go play solo and we would be in a game so we couldn't play together. My idea that I suggest is: set certain friends that go online have a notification go off for them. Much like when you get a PM. On Windows OS the League symbol at the bottom goes yellow. I think that when your specific friend logs in it should do the same when you open it would say "User is now online!". That would be a pretty nifty tool to use. it can be taken even further by having a setting where it does the same thing with people on your ranked team. I feel like this would be a simple, but yet effective setting to have. Let me know what you guys think down below, please. I am open to suggestions to help make this idea better.
