Unwarrented verbal assaults becuase....

hey guys back again for another how do you feel. ok so recently ive noticed something strange. for about 10 to 15 games in a row I've had at least one gold level player on my team or the enemy team, now that wouldn't bother me much except that for some reason they expect me along with others to play to their standards or their skill level, again not an issue but hard to do. now where my problem is at is when they try to make you feel like you are the most awful person in the match because you have more deaths than them and not as many kills. in my matches I try to be social and talk to the team and as a point I don't particularly like gold players because they don't like anyone below their level in my experiences with them. So my question to you guys, in normals should you be allowed to use rank as an excuse to belittle your allies or as an excuse to throw the match. as always i'm open to all opinions and thoughts and will respond to each one if I can.
