Custom Summoner or Ranked Team Icons

Suggestion for pre-season or Season 6 change. Can we introduce custom Summoner icons or custom Ranked team icons. No. I don't just mean, grab any picture of google and post it as your icon (this would cause way to much risk with lewd or offensive photos) but maybe have a selection of different categories that can be selected from to create an icon.

For example:

Background Layer: Would have different shapes, textures and colours. Shape 1: Generic shapes like squares, circles, diamonds, shields and hearts etc. Shape 2: Generic animals or objects like eagle, dragon head, unicorn head, sword etc. Letter or Number: Could add a number or letter.

Just an idea. Would require massive planning.
