I remember seeing a champion concept here in this board long time ago. Now i've been trying to find it again and I couldn't. Can anyone help me find a picture of that champion concept.

Description:

1. Female
2. Teen~Adult
3. Tall
4. Holds a huge round tip paintbrush
5. Have some paint spilled on herself

Just wondering because i remember seeing this and I'm having a huge speculation of it becoming an actual champion.
